Web-Space
On demand the CULTURE SERVER EUROPE, in short CSE, will provide webspace for artists, people interested in arts and founders (channel owners on our IRC-chat server). This webspace is open to artists for sales-promoting presentation purposes. Webspace provided to chat founders must not have any commercial background, but shall be used as information exchange platform for chatters only. Strictly unwanted are sites containing or promoting Warez, pornographic products, right wing or other extremist as well as inhuman contents, appeals for violence and crime, construction manuals for bombs and all kinds of criminally liable activities such as computer sabotage and internet fraud. The server administration will not hesitate to blok such sites and to report them to legal authorities. The relevant user(s) will be excluded from any further access to the server. Refunding of already paid fees will not be possible. European legislation applied.
We do not guarantee for the permanent availability of all services on our server. We are anxious to solve all occurring technical problems as soon as possible, but do not have any influence over impacts from outside as DoS attacks, routing problems, electrical power outage, and other impacts resulting from force of nature. The users of all webspace offers are responsible for their contents and links themselves. The CSE cannot be held responsible for private computer problems.
IRC-Chat
You may use any existing channel or open up a cat room of your own. Chat rooms with contents subject to law for the protection of the youth have to be protected by a password by their owners. Chat rooms must not be used for commercial purposes or the promotion of other servers. Persons who open and register a channel become automatically its owner with all OP rigths. The administration is in no case responsible for the arbitration of disputes. Admin Ralis will be at your disposal in case of any technical problem. It is forbidden to use private scripts interfering with the operability of the server or disturb or attack other chatters. Any attempts to scam data will lead to banishment from the server and will have legal consequences.
You may bring your own bots into the channels, V-hosts are provided on demand.
